Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

Shipping rates are flat-rate and displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $90.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Kwami Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or for issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of shipment, please contact us at kwamicreations@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
